With the advent of value-based care, the patient experience is now linked to provider payment. In this campaign for InQuicker, an online Emergency Room waiting service, we targeted hospital C-suite executives, marketing staff, and ER directors, giving them a common enemy to blame for poor patient experience performance, as well as a hero: The "wait monster" grows when emergency patients are dissatisfied; InQuicker gives hospitals the opportunity to attract more patients with smoother, happier waiting.
